+Our Story...

Unlike most clubs, Wicked Guards wasn't formed out of.. hope or joy.

Before WG was created, the five founders were all in a mutual club. Quite frankly, the owner of that club chose favorites. They were bias. Their teaching style was flawed in so many manners. One of the founders was being miserably mistreated, and once finding out this information, the founders decided to leave that day.

Wicked Guards was born out of struggles. Desperation. Fear. A motive.

The thing they'll never know; we're thriving. Learning everyday, training, competing, and rising the ranks. Slowly but surely. In high hopes, Wicked Guards can become not just a club, but a community. For two years now we've been together, learning from those around us and ourselves. Not only have we exceeded our dressage expectations, so many friendships and bonds have been created to where it's a magical, crackhead environment.

+General Information

Wicked Guards is an all-level dressage club located on the North America servers. Created by Alda Bravedaughter on March 30th of 2020, The Guard has had its ups and downs. Members have been thriving since the beginning, and the evolution from the first day to today is astonishing and beautiful.

"I, as an owner,  have aimed to make WG a family people can be proud of being a part of, and I intend on getting there with as much hard work and practice necessary."

Over time, the club itself has grown so close to where it's hard to remember what it was like without everyone to be there. Numerous strong bonds have been created within the club.

"I remember when I barely knew any of the people who helped start up the club, and now we're practically inseparable."

We aren't just a club. We're a family. An army. We will thrive.

+Competition Team

Competition team members are required to go through all of the ranks coming before the Champion. Entry is through a tryout, which is hosted for only a single week we know it as Tryout Week. During this week, they're given the challenges of creating their own miniature routines and performing them in a competitive setting in front of the club. Among other minor memory tests, applicants for the competition team are introduced to an environment they're fighting for.

Members who've earned the title "competition team" will be able to participate in all practices, regardless of the rank. They're also given the opportunity to attend practices hosted for preparing and practicing for competitions in the future.

+Ranking Process

Rankings are determined on three factors:
     â‡¢ Participation

     â‡¢ Time spent in WG

â‡¢ Requirements (meet the next rank requirements)

Every rank has its own requirements. As you go up, about two months more are added before you're capable of ranking up. If you're unable to rank up and you're told to not participate, you'll be notified which requirement you don't meet.

+Cadets &Trials

"Cadets" are our word for our trials. A trial is initially a training stage before you're officially added as a Wicked Guards member. This system is designed to introduce newer members to the club and how we function. Trials last about three weeks until they graduate from our trial program and take their oath.

If necessary, a trial can take a month to graduate if it fits their necessities. There's no deadline to when a trial is kicked out because that doesn't happen unless there are any issues. Trials are capable of graduating a week in, at the least.
